The PRISM Brain Mapping tool is used to  identify people’s preferred behaviors that directly relate to interpersonal relationships and work performance. PRISM Brain Mapping  measures people’s actual behavioral preferences , using an online platform,  based on the results of research by American and British neuroscientists .

PRISM Brain Mapping measures 8 different types of behaviors along with their intensity and identifies 26 key factors related to human behavior in a given situation. This allows for  the analysis of individual preferences and human behaviors and attitudes presented in the professional environment .

PRISM provides three distinct profiles, or “maps,” of a person’s behavior: how he or she naturally behaves; the extent to which he or she feels it necessary to change that behavior as the situation demands in order to achieve key goals; and an overall pattern of behavior, indicating his or her tendency to behave the way he or she does most of the time.

Additionally, the PRISM Brain Mapping tool  measures the level of emotional intelligence, mental resilience  and generates a report identical to “The Big Five”, referring to one of the most widely and commonly used personality models.
